Terms of service
The rules of using 2150 Training Club: what you get, what we ask of you, how money works, and what happens if either of us wants to stop.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
What this is, and who you are dealing with
2150 Training Club is operated by Daniela Gallego Muñetón (ABN 26 904 815 842), Victoria, Australia. Using the site or holding an account means these terms apply to you.
You need to be 18 or older to hold an account. If you are between 14 and 17, a parent or guardian has to open it and stay responsible for it.
This is exercise, not medical advice
Everything here — the videos, the in-person classes, the one-to-one sessions — is fitness instruction. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor.
- Before booking in the studio, you fill in the pre-exercise questionnaire; for the challenge, the form for the nutritionist, which asks about your health. If any answer suggests it, talk to a doctor before training — that is the whole point of asking.
- Tell us about injuries, pregnancy or any condition that changes what you should be doing. We will adapt what we can.
- Stop if something hurts, and get help if it does not pass. No class is worth an injury.
- Training carries risk, and jumping on a trampoline carries its own. Booking a session means you understand that.
Your account
- One account, one person. The password is yours and you are responsible for what happens under it.
- You can pay for a class or the challenge without an account: we create one with the email you enter, and to use it you choose your password from the link we send you. Use an email that is yours, because what you pay for stays in that account. If that email already has an account in use, we ask you to sign in with it.
- Sharing or reselling your account is the one thing that ends it. Each playback is recorded with its time and IP address, and a pattern that looks like several people is a conversation first — not an instant lock.
- Tell us if you think someone else got into your account, and we will help you close it off.
The classes are ours, and stay ours
Your challenge purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
- Do not download, copy, re-upload, screen-record or broadcast the classes.
- Do not use them to teach your own paying classes.
- Videos carry a watermark with your account details. That is not a threat, it is how a leak gets traced back.
- What you write — a comment, a message — stays yours. You give us permission to show it inside the platform, nothing more.
Money: classes and refunds
- In-person classes and one-to-one sessions are booked and paid individually, when you book.
- Each class and each session shows, before you book, how many hours ahead you can cancel at no cost. Cancel at least that many hours before it starts and you get a full refund; any later, the spot is kept and is not refunded.
- If we cancel a class or a session, you always get your money back.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law come with you and nothing here removes them. If a class is not delivered as described, or the platform does not do what we said it does, you are entitled to a remedy — and asking for it is not a favour we grant.
The loyalty card
- Each studio class you pay for and attend adds a stamp. Classes you did not attend, challenge classes and classes paid with a free class do not add one.
- When you reach the number of stamps shown in your bookings page, you earn a free studio class. It does not expire.
- The free class is used when you book, instead of paying. If you cancel as far ahead as the class says, you get it back; if you cancel late or do not show up, it is lost, just as a payment would be.
- It has no cash value: it cannot be exchanged for money, refunded or passed to someone else.
- Dani can change the number of stamps going forward; free classes you have already earned stay as they are.
The 2150 Transformation Challenge
- It is for people aged 18 and over. It is a single payment: it does not renew and nothing else is charged.
- There are two versions, each with its own price, shown before you pay: with nutrition (the 21 videos, your form, your nutrition plan and the group material) and videos only (the 21 videos, with no form, plan or material). If you bought videos only, you can add nutrition by paying the difference while you can still fill in the form (before your group starts, or within your 3 days if you joined a group that had already started).
- It is sold to people in any country. The price is in Australian dollars (AUD). If you pay from another country, the payment page may show you the amount in your currency or your bank may do the conversion; either way, the currency conversion may carry a fee.
- It runs in groups that start on a Monday. You join a group before it starts. If Dani leaves it open, you can also join a group that has already started: you pick up from the day it has reached, the challenge ends on day 21 of the group for everyone, and, with nutrition, you have 3 days to fill in your form.
- Each day the video for that day opens, at your midnight. Past days close; if you missed one, you can ask for it to be opened and Dani decides, while the 21 days last. When the challenge ends, all the videos close. You keep seeing your nutrition plan for 12 months, and your account stays as it was for booking classes.
- If you cancel before your group starts, everything you paid is refunded (including adding nutrition). Once it has started, it is not, except for what consumer law guarantees you (for example, if the challenge is not delivered as described). If we cancel a group, it is always refunded.
- The nutrition plan is prepared by the challenge nutritionist using the form you fill in. It is eating guidance for these 21 days: it is not medical treatment and does not replace your doctor. If you have a health condition, check first.
- We do not promise a specific result: every body responds differently. What we do give you is what is described: the 21 videos and, in the version with nutrition, your plan and the group material.
When something breaks
We aim to keep the platform available and the classes playing, and we will tell you when something is broken instead of waiting for you to notice. What we cannot promise is a service that never fails: it depends on providers and on your own connection.
If a failure on our side leaves you without the service you paid for, tell us and we will make it right — a refund, another class, or whatever fits what happened.
Ending it, from either side
- You can close your account whenever you like. What we have to keep afterwards is listed in the privacy policy.
- We can suspend an account that shares or resells access, that abuses another person, or that puts the platform at risk. Except in a serious case, we ask first.
- If we close the whole service, we will give at least 60 days notice and refund whatever is left of what you paid.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and its courts. If you are somewhere else, the consumer protections of your own country still reach you — this clause does not take them away.
If we change these terms, the new version appears here with its date, and anything that affects what you pay or what you get is emailed to you before it applies.
Anything about these terms: hola@2150trainingclub.com.
